ABOUT ME

I was born in the village of Llay, near Wrexham in North Wales, in 1969; lived in Coatbridge, near Glasgow, from 1976 to 1986 and then in Dunfermline, Fife from 1986 to 1988, before returning to North Wales following my father's retirement.

In 1991, I married my wife and we have 6 children. In 1999, after several years with different engineering companies, I became a self-employed design engineering contractor, working with a variety of firms, on massively varying projects.

Although I had always had a big interest in writing, and had written a variety of short stories and poetry from the age of 12, it wasn't until 2005 that I began to write properly.

Several projects came out of stasis between 2005 and 2007, but it wasn't until 2011 that my debut novel, The Chronicles of Jenson Quest - The Rise of Va'kaar, went live as an Amazon e-book. Now available as a free e-book in all formats through Amazon and Smashwords, it was soon followed by the second and third books in the series, along with two small volumes of my short stories and my first children's Sci-fi adventure, The Zubot Master - Book 1: Time Slip.

2013 was a breakthrough year for me, and saw the first of my writing collaborations come to fruition. With the capable talents of Linell Jeppsen, we released the first six episodes of a Sci-fi Action Thriller, The Guardians.

Now nearing completion, The Guardians is already an award-winning, highly acclaimed series.

Works in progress presently include two other collaborations, along with three solo projects which I hope will make 2016 a bumper year.
